During the recruiting process, each candidate undergoes a screening and evaluation process to ensure he or she possesses the desired skill set.

Retention of ITLogica consultants is accomplished by careful management of personnel resources and use of fair and consistent policies and practices. Our consultants are provided a competitive salary with performance bonuses based on project milestone surveys, in which the Client evaluates the value and quality of services provided by ITLogica. We then use the surveys to evaluate and reward our consultants as well as to identify areas for development.
